You’ll Need:

Fajitas
6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
6 little Tortilla Wraps, warmed
3 Peppers/Capsicums, cut
1 extensive Red Onion, cut
Marinade
3 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Fajita Flavoring
1 Lime, juice of
To Serve
Guac
Acrid Cream 

How to Make:

  1. Make your marinade and save 1 tbsp. Blend the rest with your chicken in an expansive bowl (or zip lock sack) and leave to marinate at room temp for 30mins. You can marinate longer, simply pop it in the refrigerator and take out 30mins before you plan on utilizing it. 
  2. On a 30cm x 45cm (12" x 18") plate, join your onions and peppers with the 1 tbsp of marinade. Make 6 spaces for your chicken at that point place them on as well. 
  3. Turn your barbecue/oven on to high warmth and spot your plate around 6" underneath. Cook for 10mins or until the chicken starts to burn, at that point take out, flip the chicken and veg and spot back underneath for another 8mins, or until the chicken starts to roast on the opposite side.
