You’ll Need:

  1. 14oz/400g Chicken Bosom, diced into little pieces 
  2. 3/4 glass/200g great quality BBQ Sauce 
  3. 1 tsp Smoked Paprika 
  4. 1 tsp Garlic Powder 
  5. 1/2 tsp Salt 
  6. 1/4 tsp Dark Pepper 
  7. Tortilla Chips, as required (see notes) 
  8. 2 mugs/200g Cheddar of decision (see notes) 
  9. 1/2 Red Onion, meagerly cut 
  10. 2 Red Chillis, meagerly cut and deseeded whenever wanted 
  11. Cilantro/Coriander, finely diced to serve 
  12. Sharp Cream, to serve 
  13. Olive Oil, for broiling 


How to Make:

  1. Preheat stove to 180c/356f. In a bowl join your chicken, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. 
  2. In a dish, heat a shower of olive oil over medium/high and include your chicken. Sear until white through the middle at that point pour in your BBQ sauce. Mix to totally coat the chicken at that point spot to the other side. 
  3. In a reasonably measured plate, spread a large portion of your chips, finished with a large portion of your chicken, at that point a large portion of your cheddar lastly a large portion of your onion and stew.
