  • 1/2 container Spread softened (100g/3.5oz) 
  • +1 Tbs Spread for broiling bacon (14g/0.5oz) 
  • 6 x 50g Eggs Natural Unfenced 
  • 2 Tbs Coconut Oil dissolved (30g/1oz) 
  • 1 tsp Preparing Powder (5g/0.2oz) 
  • 2 containers Almond Dinner (200g/7oz) 
  • 1/2 tsp Ocean Salt or Himalayan Salt (2g/.07oz) 
  • 1 tsp Oregano dried (1.6g/.06oz) 
  • 1 grams Yeast for taste just (.04oz) 
  • 3 cuts Bacon rindless (125g/4.4oz) 
  • 1/4 container Parmesan ground (30g/1.06oz) 
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder (5g/.2oz) 
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (5g/.2oz) 


  1. Preheat stove to 180°C/350°F. 
  2. Oil (with coconut oil) and line (with material/preparing paper) a 8.5 x 4.5 x 2.5 inch (21 x 11 x 6 cm) portion dish and put aside. 
  3. In a hot dish, dissolve 1 tablespoon of margarine and cook the cleaved bacon until darker and firm. Put aside to cool. 
  4. In a bowl, consolidate the almond flour, preparing powder, yeast, salt, oregano, onion powder, and garlic powder and blend until altogether joined. Put aside. 
  5. Break 6 room temperature eggs into a bowl and rush until joined. 
  6. Dissolve spread and coconut oil, independently, and put aside. Before joining the spread and coconut oil with the eggs, ensure they are both warm fluid, not hot, as you would prefer not to cook the eggs when they're added to the eggs. Include the margarine and coconut oil to the eggs and mix until joined. 
  7. Empty the egg and margarine into the dry fixings, and blend until all the dry fixings are soaked in the egg blend.
