  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil 
  • 2 Glasses Onion hacked 
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced 
  • 10 Ounces Spinach new
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 6 Vast Eggs

  1. Warmth broiler to 375° and oil a 9" pie dish (quiche/tart skillet won't work for this crustless quiche). 
  2. In a vast skillet, heat the oil on medium. Include hacked onion and cook until diminished. 
  3. Include garlic, and cook for an extra moment—blending continually. 
  4. Add spinach to skillet. You may need to do this in clusters relying upon your dish estimate; when the spinach discharges to water, there'll be more space in your skillet. Turn spinach utilizing tongs until every last bit of it is shriveled. 
  5. Include 1/2 teaspoon salt and pounded red pepper.
