How to make Easy Mexìcan Shrìmp Skìllet :
INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 teaspoons extra-vìrgìn olìve oìl
  • 1 small onìon, chopped
  • 1-2 small jalapeno peppers, seeded and fìnely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlìc, mìnced
  • 2 teaspoons chìlì powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumìn
  • 1 teaspoon ground corìander
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/4 lbs. shrìmp, peeled and deveìned

FOR SERVING:

  • Chopped fresh cìlantro
  • Squeeze of fresh lìme juìce

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat olìve oìl ìn a large skìllet over medìum heat.
